The AGRO Terminal Drentwede is located directly at the gates of the finishing stronghold Vechta-Cloppenburg. The bimodal transhipment terminal (road/rail) is a service provider for the established trade and the regional compound feed industry. Our agro-terminal is a point of reference for raw goods, from classic feed grain to protein carriers. All this in the desired quality, quantity and with customised logistical solutions.
Our customers can benefit from our know-how in rail logistics or possibly use our capacities as intermediate storage.

The 1A railway location enables us to accept large quantities of agricultural goods by rail from Germany and Eastern Europe. Our broad network of suppliers ensures the appropriate quality and production-oriented supply.

Regionality is also becoming increasingly important in the animal feed sector: that is why supply is largely from Europe.

Raw goods handling AGRO Terminal Drentwede

On an area of around 35,000 square metres, we offer approx. 60,000 tonnes of storage capacity in the first expansion phase.

With a receiving capacity of up to 7,000 tonnes per day ex-rail and a lorry loading capacity of 400 tonnes per hour, we can handle more than 500,000 tonnes of grain/single feed per year.

Truck logistics from Eastern Europe to Germany are approaching their limit. With our well-organised rail logistics, we take this development into account: shifting goods from road to rail is not only sustainable and environmentally friendly, but is also convincing in the long run with high economic efficiency.

We ensure flexibility: after a start-up phase, we offer 24-hour collection via a fully automated self-service system for our customers in the animal feed industry.
